- We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change due to supply chain issues.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accessible. Additional charges may apply for difficult access or re-delivery attempts.
- Installation services are available upon request and will be quoted separately.
5. Refunds, Returns & Warranty
- As per Australian Consumer Law (ACL), customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, significantly different from the description, or not fit for purpose.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated in the product terms.
- Warranty details vary by manufacturer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
